The place i did work with as a mate.perhaps they change name of this hotel,maybe owner also changed. previously CEO 'Ken Lee' was best Boss one of my entire life.his kindness never be forgotten. Much Love -Ex Staff of Izumi Group. 🧡

Water heater is broken. Ask for staff for solution. From 9pm to 11.30pm. No solution given.
All other empty rooms water heater are broke as well. And others has no water. Just my luck. Either bath cold water or no bath at all.
Edit:
Give 1 extra star because at least the staff try her best.

its not well maintain , i has been change 2 time room in 1 night. this hotel totally different quality with izumi which we found at the same area. suggest go other place if izumi was full.

Worst hotel ever!!!!! Water gushing out from ceiling and damaged all my work folder and electronic devices. I had to postpone all my meetigs! No one follow up on this issue. I'm going to take action on this

Hotel room is very small. Toilet has a urine stench. Price was quite cheap per night though
