Hotel Anika
Older high end hotel in Kluang.
On site car park with security stationed in lobby.
Arrived 4pm due to jams. Hassle free check in.
Got rooms 704, 705 & 607
Sufficient large clean rooms.
My room kettle lid was broken but still works.
The non-slip mat in the tub was really nasty.
The hose in my room leaks badly and soaked the floor mat completely during my shower.
705 had faint cigarette smell & had a power failure that required remediation by technical folks.

Room v Kluang Parade
Room is clean and comfortable. TV remote control not compatible with the TV set. No TV remote control was replaced. Towel was poorly laundered. Smelly.
