Good location, the room is not very soundproof, most importantly the hot water in the shower is not always available! Only at certain hours, I checked out early and the water was only slightly warm, it is very unfortunate that the hot water in the shower is not always available, even though this is the Accor Group.

Happy to stay at Novotel. Very close to Pavilion Mall. Easy access to everywhere. Comfortable, clean, all staff are friendly. Will stay here again if I go to KL again

Novotel KLCC, the physical hotel is a bit old, but the room condition is still very good. The interior and equipment are still good (updated condition). For competitive prices, according to the conditions in the middle of the city. Breakfast is also quite diverse. But the main point is the location, between Petronas and Bukit Bintang, so the environment is still comfortable (not too crowded), but still close to the center of the crowd. Overall, it is highly recommended for those who want to go to KL.

The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. The room is clean as well, but the cup for rinsing your mouth while brushing your teeth wasn't very clean.

Good location, comfortable room, great staff, skybridge to pavilion just 30-secs away from the hotel, near to monorail station (Raja Chulan), walking distance to Bukit Bintang area & it's MRT station, and Alor Street as well, recommended hotel in Kuala Lumpur, will be back for sure 👍🏻

Everything is good! Especially. The location! I deducted some points for cleanliness because the bed sheet or the bed (I am not sure where it come from) had some smell.

The location and cleanliness was great. But variety of the breakfast, should be better. Because I stay for 3 days. The buffet breakfast almost same. Only different soup in the noodle stall.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Hotel is located in walking distance to many attractions. Pavilion Kuala Lumpur was next door, KLCC and Bukit Bintang connected on walkway as well. Room was also clean and well maintained. Would love to stay here again!

Room oke. But can be cleaner. At 5 April 2024 I stayed at room 2316, and it is wonderful. Clean bathroom, bathroom drain was smooth. Carpet was cleaned. But when I got back at 11 April at room 2516, it is not quite nice as room 2316. Room 2516 bathroom drain was stucked so I must cleaned it, the carpet had dust. It seemed that 2516 not fully cleaned or cleaned in a hurry. It dissapointed me a little. And I have stayed in novotel klcc 4th time. So please don't let this happen again.

Novotel kamarnya bagus dan bersih, furniture baru. Air dengan filter air 3M jadi bisa langsung diminum. Dekat sekali dengan Paviliun Mal. Tersedia escalator naik, tidak jauh dari lobby hotel. Staff ramah². Recommended untuk bermalam di sini.
