Clean room, cold air conditioner, smooth elevator and no long wait, helpful receptionist can borrow universal adapter. For international tourists there is a tourism tax paid at the reception upon check in, I stayed 3 nights and paid RM 30 tourism tax.

The service apartment is in excellent location. You can reach to KLCC on foot within 15 mins. There are also two convenient stores and some nice restaurants around the apartment. The price in low season is also reasonable.

Was here to concentrate on a work project. The originally booked room was unsuitable (noisy - window not properly sealed, smelled of cigarette smoke, washing machine missing). Was kindly upgraded to a suite. Do yourself a favour and book the suite. The lighting alone makes the extra expense worthwhile, not to mention that it is quiet. Can hear birds chirping in the morning. Convenience stores and some food stalls near by. I would extend another night but the hotel seems to be fully booked.

Ruangan luas, perlengkapan mandi & handuk di sediakan, ada meja makan & sofa untuk tv, mesin cuci, kitchenset lengkap peralatan. Tapi ruangan kamar agak lembab & berdebu sehingga alergi saya kambuh. Tapi overall bagus 👍 thanks.

If you ask me how I feel, can I describe it like this? The best environment, first-class equipment, the most comfortable accommodation, and the price is reasonable. I will definitely come back here and introduce friends and relatives to stay here.

Hotel location is good. Carpark plenty of space although it 's a winding ramp all the way up. Lift location to our suites a bit of a maze. Reception staffs are friendly. Rooms are great although has a bit of stale smell. Showers were strong and fantastic. We took the double room suites all the way over 30th floor and it is unfortunate that it 's just next to the disco club next door which is almost on the same floor and noisy all the way up to 2-3 am which mars our sleep. Otherwise I will return to stay only if I can be given a room away from the club.

The best hotel ever that I have stayed so far. I got the room that view of Kuala Lumpur tower. Everything was good starting from check in until the check out process. Just lacking part of the room that not soundproofing. You can here people close the door, people walking and others sound that will distract you. Others is good. Will repeat soon.

Staff suddenly block my access card as they said that my hotel voucher was cancelled. He also insist me to swipe or pay, otherwise I can't go to my room. Luckily, this can be solved after his supervisor came & do an action.
