I like swimming pool here because it's a long pool. Gym also is sufficient even not so spacious. Breakfast just good in terms of taste and varieties, not very good. Room not so big not so small for twin bed room. Just the mattress not too soft for me, it's lil bit hard. Toilet also is very so-so no fancy decoration but the toiletries is just nice.

Great service by hotel staff. Had a small issue with the first room assigned, thankfully the staff were receptive to feedback and made arrangements for us to stay in another room that had better amenities. Room service food was great and affordable as well. Enjoyed our stay!

I was a bit disappointed because at first I was told the pool could be used but when my kids wanted to go to the pool they were told the pool was closed. hello? If we talk early, it's not easy for us to decide.

I stayed for one night for my biz trip. My room was at 9th floor. My bad experience is that there were few people smoking at the corridor and lift lobby area making the whole floor smell of cigaratte smoke. I wish that the hotel management should looking seriously in this matter. It is an offence for a person to smoke in smoking prohibited areas in Malaysia.

The hotel dg rooms are quite spacious and clean. It's a shame ... the staff isn't enough. When we arrived ... we were confused looking for a bell boy to carry our luggage. But still ok .... they are also kind and friendly. When we checked out and there was a slight delay on our part ... they also gave an additional 30 minutes for packing. Next time if you go to Klang again ... premiere hotel will be our top choice.
