The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the view is directly to the Malacca River, and you get free breakfast.

The balcony area is very suitable to have a relaxing sit and rest, the night view was very pretty. The staff was very friendly. They gave us (2adult) free breakfast and just need to add RM10 for my 6yo kid. It was saturday, the night market was started at about 5.30pm. Make sure to arrive before that time, otherwise no car is able to come. It is near the city center, many shopping malls, the jonker, the night market, river cruise, and others are just on a walking distance. Very satisfying and pleasant staying at Quayside Hotel. Will sure to recommend to my friends who are going to Melaka.

The closest place to anywhere in Melaka is only for that price, other places can get better and if here you have to take the one with the river view otherwise it's useless.

Reception most welcoming, professional and efficient, very fast check in and check out. Housekeeping very good too. Next to boat tour landing, Jonker Walk, malls, Dutch Fort, museums and eateries very near. No meal option on weekdays, no aircon in lobby lounge area, no lift, only noticed one entry and exit, some bathroom fixtures missing, but still very clean, not musty. Beds are clean and comfy, room has closet, mini fridge, kettle, some basic personal grooming items too. Would stay again.

The hotel staff is friendly, check-in process is fast, family friendly, very close to favorite tourist attractions so no need to take a taxi everywhere, get breakfast for 2 people even though I booked a hotel without breakfast. Next time I go to Melaka, stay here again.

Good and strategic location, but. 1. Room 's quality not worth the price. 2. Toilet door worned out, overall room condition is 50-50, not well maintained. 3. Bed and mattress not comfortable, bedsheet got stains. 4. Soundproof really bad, could hear noise from neighbours. 5. Air conditioner not 100 % in a good condition. 6. Check in was strictly at 3pm even though your room is ready. 7. Breakfast is average, since its a free breakfast so I would say its acceptable.

Posisi hotelnya strategis sekali di tengah kota, sayang tidak ada breakfast, dan setrika pun tidak ada, ada pintu hitam di dalam kamar jadi agak was-was dengan pintu jika ada yang sewaktu-waktu bisa bukanya, agak gelap, kalo untuk tidur saja it;s ok sih.

Deliberately chose this hotel because the building is modern so it's not scary 😅. The hotel is also clean. There is a dispenser for drink refills outside the room. The size of the room is quite narrow but comfortable, the location is very strategic, close to everywhere, just walk. The balcony view is really cool, the balcony rate is 1000/100 because it's so cool. 😘.

The hotel is close to all the atractive locations. Also, the breakfast include good choices.

Great location near to every highlight and tourism spot of melaka. Best view of sungai melaka from the room. The room was spacious and clean. Really2 worth the price. Thank you for great experience to stay @quayside hotel. Hope we can come back again later.

The hotel is strategically located on the banks of the Melaka River (cruise), close to the Jonker Street Fair. It's pretty good to relax by the river. Incidentally I got a room that didn't have hot water, I didn't complain because it didn't affect the cold shower either. Friendly staff (Mr. Sam) very helpful in booking a bus to Genting) Thanks so much Mr. Sam. The hotel is not very big, only 2 floors. Get free breakfast, not bad.

My son is so happy to see the view of the river. Which he called it as ‘lake’. Thank you for the complimentary of breakfast. We really touched! Smooth check in process.

The hotel is very, very best for families and couples who want to honeymoon. the staff are all friendly. The hotel environment is very clean, beautiful, neat, and comfortable. Stayed here for 4D3N, the staffs were all friendly, I texted them via WA just to check on few things before my arrival and they catered all of my requests (got hairdryer in the room, and I requested for 2nd floor room since I booked the premium queen room facing the river and wanna have better view and privacy). No intercoms in the room, they got water dispenser in the common area, limited parking in front of the hotel (but there's another parking lot nearby). On the last 2 days of my stay, the water heater was not working but I also missed to inform the front desk about the problem and only informed them by last night of my stay. The friendly guy said that if only I told him earlier, they could offer us to change to another room but it was a hassle for me and we were gonna check out the next morning so it's fine, but that was a nice solution from them, he also said he could check but the maintenance guy was off that day (Sat). When I checked out, they gave me a goodie bag! Overall I'm happy, will come back!!
