A riverside accommodation that located perfectly near the recreation area. Spacious room, good air conditioning, nice water pressure, and complete amenities (such as iron and hair dryer). Super recommended!

Cheap and affordable room located at the strategic location with plenty of foods and nearby attractions. The river side in front of the hotel offers much spectacular views of old buildings, pubs/ restaurents and bustling river cruise activities.

The staff are okay, just illogical, saying 'if the TV is ready, we'll install it, but if not don't blame us'. Then who do you have to complain to? Smelly elevator, smelly bedroom. Just sleep here once🙏

The hotel is good for families, the rooms are large and complete. Happy, looking for easy food, near Jonker, to Kee Ann (really didn't write it?) Close too. To the Red Church also near to walk all the way haha will come back again to Melaka.

The rooms are nice and spacious, the location is near Jonker Walk, it's just that the breakfast is limited to the menu, only choosing 1 between 4-5 types of food (nasi lemak, porridge), (Pancakes, sausages + omelete) and tastes less tasty. Only one elevator and small size may be because it is heritage so it cannot be modified.

Overall we are happy to stay here because: 1. Good location and close to Jonker street with many attractions and culinary. 2. The room is nice, clean, and big. 3. The breakfast is served portion per person not buffet with good taste and excellent service. Credit for the staff who served us at that time. The hotel doesn’t provide TV channel for kids.

First at all, the management is considerate for allowing me to change my 2 nights stay very last minute due to emergency issue. Next, I have an awesome stay with my kids here. The room is beautiful & clean and unexpectedly spacious. I would say the only improvement require is the breakfast session which food not properly manage and less choices. However, having breakfast near River Bank is definite a relaxing one. Definitely will come back.
