The hotel is very close to Island Hospital, just walk left and you will reach Island Hospital Peel Wing. Unfortunately, the sound from outside the room is very audible, like the person next door closing the door, there is no soundproofing at all, the door is also very light so when it is closed it is like slamming the door.

Every time I go to Penang, I always stay at this hotel because the service is good and friendly, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are spacious, you can refill drinking water and it's just across the street to Island Hospital.

I always stay at this hotel when I go to Penang because it's just across the street to Island Hospital. Thank you to the female receptionist because I was allowed to check in at 12 because according to hotel regulations the check-in time is 15.00. I was with my grandson who uses a wheelchair so we could rest after the flight from Jakarta. King size bed, 2-door refrigerator, smart TV so we can watch YouTube, spacious room and cold AC, big and clean bathroom. Very satisfied in this hotel, oh yes ask for + pillows and they will give you. Very high stars for the service.
