The room looks clean when I first entered the room, but after some time I found many ants in the room and this was very disturbing. The water from the shower was not hot enough for comfortable bath. Wifi was almost none, connected but merry go round forever. The breakfast started at 7am with limited choice, not worth the pay and the taste was not as expected. The egg counter started very late because the staff have not yet prepare the eggs.

Very disappointed, always stay at this hotel, but the check-in service is always disappointing, the receptionist staff is not good at handling, very double standard service, always affected. There are already 2 staff at the counter, if there are 2 customers who want to check in at 1 time, 1 staff should only have 1 person to serve the customer, this x, when I was always affected by double standard service, 2 staff will serve 1 customer who is higher ranking for example if there is an event at the hotel, what will I do? Wait? Even though I came early to check in, I was able to move the counter to serve VVIP guests. I paid for the hotel with money, not with leaves. So, booking early on the check-in date, always for me the room is a mess. It's hard to choose a room to stay in! Even if it's not 5 stars, the service is lacking. I really mark the faces of these receptionist staff. I've been paying attention for a long time, many times I've stayed there, but it still hasn't changed. It's always to the outgoing manager.

The staffs are very friendly. They even know who hasn’t had their breakfast and who had. The location is near IIUM. Serve foods very well. The room is also clean. Thank you.

A comfortable hotel, and close to many restaurants. Strategic location. Will definitely stay again, but maybe can make some improvements for the swimming pool, because the pool area is a bit quiet and the environment is a bit less clean

The room is ok too, only there are mosquitos, the only thing I'm worried about is the pool where the boys bathe is very bad, it's small, the pool is a bit unclean, it looks like there's a lot of dirt in it, the pool is also not safe because it's on the other side of the adult pool, the edge of the pool is lined a big canvas of a plaque or something, the kid made a mistake by sitting in the adult pool, there should be an iron gap, dangerous, anyway the pool is not as described on the website, choose the hotel because it has a pool, if you don't choose a budget hotel, it won't arrive Even RM 100 can get a big room.
