Staff doesn't speak proper English nor Malay, doesn't even know the parking rate. WiFi not working. TV not working.

Bad services! 😤 The counters are damp. Talk to the old phone, ignore the customer waiting. For other rooms for bookings. Access cards are not the same as keys. The room is dirty. Pillow covers & sheets are not interchangeable. There is plenty of hair on the pillow & mattress. No toilet paper. Expensive price from hotel 3 stars tp room conditions 👎. Traveloka, please remove this hotel from your list. Destroy your agency's reputation!

Apply for early check in they said ok. But coming at 11 am and entering the room at 11 pm. The male receptionist should be replaced. Can't speak either Malay or English and super smelly and annoying

Nearby staff are less friendly, answers are given when asked for a lingering question and a hands-on attitude, the facilities in the room are very unsatisfactory, the aircond is broken, the tap head for no bath.
