Had a great stay at this hotel, room was big and comfortable, clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, cool artwork in the hotel, has a gym and swimming pool, worth the money spent although was just a night stay only!

poor service, asked to clean up the room, the room was not cleaned. only the bed was tidied up. towels were not replaced. toothbrushes were not replaced, bathrooms were not cleaned. and one more thing, the pillowcases had stains.

The location is very strategic, near food stalls and near lim huat bee clinics, the room is clean but sadly not that soundproof but for the price its offer can't complaint much. Value for money

The place where I always staying when I visit Penang. It was called "Glow Hotel" before. Perfect location, there's many hawkers and restaurants nearby. The staff is really helpful. Room is OK and we get a free refill water near the lift each floor.
