The room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable, the water in the shower was hot, so satisfying. The front desk was friendly, the door man / security was nice. We felt very welcomed :)

I had a great stay. Staff were courteous, 1-bedroom residence was spacious and clean. The bed was amazing too. This hotel is nearby many food options as well as minimarts and a supermarket. Parking is free and aplenty. Would stay here again given the chance.

Always stay in this hotel particularly for MyNOG event. Cause the MyNOG event always held in the CCEC @ NEXUS, Bangsar South. It was a good hotel. Breakfast is also nice.

The floor near the toilet is stagnant. The floor tiles should be repaired for water to enter the hole channel, trash cans need to be added.. room 1401. No laundry bag, no slipper toilet. Suitable for short vacation only. Not for staycation and not for healing.

Saya stay 4 malam, 3x melakukan room service utk lunch & dinner: 1) I order soup waiter forget to provide spoon & fork; Need to wait more than 15 minutes; My soup then cold. 2) next occasion, I order another soup with rice: now, waiter forget to provide rice. Waiting more than 15 minutes until my soup cold. 3) I order fried rice (according menu book, it will have fried chicken wing). Surprise, waiter only bring chicken wing but without main course (fried rice).

The experience of staying at VE was very pleasant. This is the second experience staying at VE. The room is spacious, the view is beautiful and most importantly the location is strategic.

The unit was very good, clean, spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids (I stayed in a two bedroom unit). The facilities inside the unit were complete (include kitchenette with utensils, washer dryer machine). There are so many good restaurants and a supermarket nearby and all connected to VE building. Rooftop area also nice to hang around at night. Will definitely comeback to VE if I go to Kuala Lumpur.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staffs, and very reasonably priced. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Not so much retail/shopping stores though. Overall very nice stay.
