everything is okay 👍 just the room request was not available - the room is high, many stairs have to be climbed, knee pain... the elevator is far from the room, have to climb many stairs to get to the room...

Recently refurbished and hopefully will be maintained as the resort it self is good. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, beach and archery fascilities to name a few. Hopefully the beach would see better days as there were a lot of floating rubbish coming into the lagoon.

Facilities are old and rundown. the wooden door is frail and insecure, I think you can take it down by kicking the door really hard. Hot water and air-conditioning are not really working, floor and toilet are dirty. Swimming pool is dirty and the water looks cloudy - we wonder when's the last time they clean the pool at all. Location wise - it is far from town, but close to the light house and blue lagoon. The only good thing I can think of is how spacious is the apartment.

My uncle and my grandfather used a wheelchair. It's hard to get around because many paths must use stairs. Even we changed to ground floor room, still have to climb 3 step stairs. The resort is very old school. The furniture is bad. Even the chairs are broken resort The resort needs all these upgrades. Need to provide more parking. During my stay, we cannot go out of resort. Later when you return xde parking 😭

We stayed for 1night -4 bedrooms penthouse apartment.room 1 and 2(upstarts) was really spooky.my niece (1 year old) reluctant /restless to be at 1st floor area. We can't sleep at night. We heard sound of heavy furniture moved/pushed consistently starting at 10 pm till 4 am. Agreed with others review, it's rundown hotel. The attached cupboard smelled and defeated the purpose of having it there as it can't be used. PS: There was major renovation at hotel lobby.

Overall we happy to stay here..The room too big for us & we got nice sea view..Food for breakfast also tasty but we didn't swim at the pool due to lack of time..Just need to refurbish the furniture & upgrade electronic locking door..

the apartment is so bad...we have to deal with power trip about 5 times until the next morning when we check out...all room can't used water heater due to the fuse box is problem...and as far as I know when I'm booking the details is 2 queens bed another room is 2 single bed...but I don't know how come the details is change to 5 single bed... The room smells "bau hapak" especially the pillow...seriously I'm pissed off.
