It was just ok rooms were small and dusty. Employees were very good responsive. In need of some upgrades very average .

This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had to date. From my bookings not being updated as requested to phone calls from staff after 1am to request proof of marriage (a practice that has since been abolished and either way was not acceptable to contact and wake clients at this time for anything other than an emergency). I am disgusted by how we have been treated, the lack of professionalism and management has been abhorrent. We will be formally complaining to the British consulate, and Kenzi Group, as well as sharing this experience online.

Hotel (4 stars by the way), old and dirty. Staff is friendly and speak English very well. Didn't like our stay at all. I hope I don't have to travel to Morroco ever again.

The Hotel and rooms looked great, were clean and generally very spacious. The kitchen staff, the porter and especially the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is only a few minutes walk to the tram station and an endless amount of varied shops and restaurants.

Very pleased with my stay, reception staff were very helpful and friendly, as was Adil and Madam Talbi. Good clean hotel, which is exactly what I wanted.

Good location in the heart of the city. Close to old souk. Hotel is nice but a bit old. Clean and calm. Service and food are good.

I can't believe I never booked this hotel all the other times I have traveled to Casablanca! Wonderful bar/restaurant, friendly and professional staff, dedicated parking space, clean and comfortably rooms. Located at the heart of the city and yet no insane noises nor traffic, I loved it!

Hotel smoked of smoke and carpet was badly soiled.

Excellent hotel and very nice staff especially Adel from the restaurant. He is a very cheerful person and tries to please everybody. Breakfast is great! We had a nice room on the last floor with a great view.

The staff of the hotel was nice and helpfull. The location easy yo get a round. Nearby is the Mosque of Hasann II. The hotel is a bit old but the room is confortable.

Though the hotel was good enough to let me check in early, I also had to note that I had written them twice by email to ask about their hotel transfer service from the airport. I showed the guy at the desk and he had no answer. Service is hotel restaurant was very slow and they were out of a lot of (most?) items. Breakfast was plentiful but not very good.

Hair all over bed linens. Also all over bathroom, walls. Dirty and old and grimy. Asked for a change of bedsheets, new ones were the same. The immediate area is not welcoming and the balcony is not clean or usable. Ended up leaving after checkin to stay at a different hotel. Don’t recommend at all.

Very clean hotel and kind staff. Very nice breakfast included in price. No toilet paper in our bathroom and we were told someone would bring some to us and that never happened.
