Rooms are clean, beds are fine (not as hard as the average Myanmar bed), no pressure in tap but shower is fine and hot water working. Friendly and helpful staff, won't know/tell which pagoda is open to climb. E-bikes for 6000 kyat/day (low season, 8k otherwise). Breakfast is ok, toasts, fried eggs, some kind of donuts, watermelon, samosa, tea/coffee (instant).

We booked a room for 8 hours stay before going back to Yangon by bus. Communicate with them through FB messenger & reply was prompt. Workers are friendly. Wifi is strong. My stars are for the room condition. Room is small & the stink smell from outside is bad. No view in our room on ground floor.

Friendly helpful staffs. Bus ticket service was good. Excellent breakfast. E-Bike is 8000Kyat/day. Bathroom facilities a bit run down.

A guest house more for local than travellers. They just got their license recently to serve foreigners, however, they need to bring up their standard. Nevertheless, the price should be alright for budget travellers.

I can not open the window of the room, so I can not ventilate. Bathroom inconvenience. Breakfast is just so. But the staff are kind.
And I was able to go every day for 3days because I was close to the Shezigon pagoda.
