The hotel is in a very convinient location and easily accessible with public transportation. Staff is very friendly but
The room service was not satisfactory at all. During a 6 nights stay the bed sheets were not changed once.
The room was very cold although i turned the heat to the maximum. Curtains were moved by wind leaking from a poorly isolated balcony door. Very cold and not clean enough. The bathroom smelled a bit.
But overall it was ok for a business stay.

We checked in at 1945 with the intention of eating in the hotel restaurant. We made our intentions perfectly clear with the receptionist on arrival so after putting our bags in our rooms imagine our surprise to be told by the waitress that the restaurant closes at 2000. We could find no mention of this online or with the booking confirmation. We then had 2 very hungry 5 year olds and after much online searching we found a kebab shop down the road. It seems nothing in the local area opens after 2100. We couldn’t walk the children into the town as it was too far. That aside the hotel was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. The location for the Christmas markets was perfect, only a 20 minute walk.

Room 305 was a converted attic. Shower had no screen so result was everything in the bathroom got wet and water ran towards the bedroom. Staff at hotel new to their jobs and not orientated. Need to make dinner bookings by 5:00pm or like us after travelling all day and arriving at 6:00 you will have to find your own restaurant.

Onder onze kamer werd er gerookt door personeel oid.wat de naar binnen sloeg Ontbijt is goed.

Bij aankomst goed en vriendelijk geholpen. Wel verbaasd dat wij nog een keer toerisme belasting moesten betalen. Op de site stond dat dit al inbegrepen was.
Het hotel is netjes en super fijn dat er ook parkeergelegenheid was. Wel erg krap en tot onze grote verbazing zagen wij de volgende dag dat er van 1 wat duurdere auto alle vier de banden en velgen gestolen waren. De auto was provisorisch op wat stenen gezet. Het zou je auto maar zijn. Geen veilige parkeerplek omdat het makkelijk toegankelijk is en er verder geen vorm van beveiliging is. Had het erg te doen met de eigenaren van de auto.
Verder is het enorm gehorig. Je hoort alles van de kamers naast je en boven je en op de gang. Ook de deuralarmen gingen meerdere keren af omdat de deuren niet goed sluiten, Je moest ze dichtknallen, waardoor je in de nacht soms wakker schrikt als je een lichte slaper bent.
Ok genoeg geklaagd. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en gevarieerd. Personeel vriendelijk. De bedden enorm zacht. Dat vond ik lekker slapen, maar moet je van houden. Ik geloof ook dat dit per kamer verschilt.
