The furniture and carpet were old. But the food menu was all-inclusive for the 3 daily meals. The gathering hall was equipped with projector

Outdated. Worn and dillipatitated furniture. The carpets in the halls stink. No investment for years! A pity. And the schnitzel? Ridiculous. I left my rubbery thing on the plate. Amazing that they dare to serve such a poor imitation of a schnitzel that close to Germany! The border is like 15 metres from the hotel! Avoid this place.

I’ve been here twice before. Since 4 years the cleanliness and service went down. No more tea facilities in the room.
This time, yesterday, had to wait a long time before served at the bar: after 20 min. had to ask for it at the desk (2 people there and no costumers).
The floors in the corridors and in the room looked very dirty (lots of spills, even vomit)). Might be handy and more hygienic to put laminated flooring down? When/if I come back I hope problems will be solved.

Today morning I had a meeting with a client, at this very nice place at the border to Germany. Excellent Breakfast, and a medium size buffet. The service was very quick and attentive! Only point to mention is the fact that there is no service on the beautiful garden terrace in the morning.

Fine location. Great room. Tasty breakfast.
One issue for the main Fletcher site for booking: there is no option for including a dog. We encountered an issue due to this when arriving at the hotel.
