Excellent hotel. Close to train to take you into the city or airport. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean.
Amazingly pleasant staff and great food/beverage options in the restaurant. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was friendly, it was new and bright. The rooms were very nice, with all the items you would expect in a hotel room. The only thing that some people might not like is the location. It doesn't have a shuttle from the airport, however, it is close to the airport. It is in a developing area, so there are industrial buildings around it. Nothing much else. It's pretty secluded to the rest of the city or neighborhoods. However, there was a path that takes you to the nearest bus or transit stop. Not sure what the walking distance is. They have parking available at a fee, pretty standard. Animal friendly, which was a must for us (at a fee, standard). We received a free upgrade when we checked in, which was nice. It took only a few minutes to check in. Washroom was really modern and nice.

nice hotel, location to drive to bit confusing as you have to go through industrial estate. but nice easy walk if arriving by train or bus as train station only 5 min walk to hotel.

Tv didnt work. No soap in dispenser. Twice reported to reception but not fixed. Staff not very friendly. No apologies or eye contact. Food was poor. Shower not very hot or powerful.

Some what ok but wasn’t the best as there was no entertainment or activities to do with the breakfast prices was not worth for what we paid absolute rubbish but other than that overall I’d give it 7/10 for its cleanliness and quality

They charged you about everything, the room was cold and you couldn't increase the heat, and no one supported you with the bags. No breakfast included, internet is slow until you pay extra.

Was put into a wheelchair accessible room with open- type shower and didn’t like how most of the floor would get wet while showering.
Clean lobby and dining. Nice furniture in lobby area. Nice staff.
