My husband and I stayed here as a stop on our honeymoon tour and we have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff went above and beyond for us (upgraded our room for free, left flowers and champagne in the room a sweet note) and were consistently kind, attentive, and overall pleasant to interact with. You could tell the employees really care about providing good service. The hotel was clean, easy to get around, and located in a superb location (walking distance to pretty much everything).
A couple things to note - the food was actually great. Sometimes hotel food is just mediocre but we thought it was worth coming back for a meal. The hotel is also very busy/popular due to location and Photo Booth inside so got quite crowded at night - but noise wasn't an issue near the rooms.
Overall extremely happy with the room service experience and will absolutely be back. If you're thinking about it - highly recommend!

The Hoxton is just cool. Cool rooms, cool vibes, cool people. Great location right on the canal and walking distance to shopping, dining and nightlife. Perfect place for a couple or group of friends. Could only stay one night but we loved it.

For almost $400 a night, the room was smaller than a college dorm room. It was very confining and we were there for five days. We did not enjoy our stay and the lobby is always packed with their in house bar/restaurant. I did not think it was good value for the money we spent.
