Great experience from the moment I walked through the door. If you're looking for a vibrant hotel this is it. The canal view was amazing and the staff very friendly.

The pillows truly were the fluffiest I have ever had; but even more amazing was the staff!!! They all genuinely wanted to go over and aboard to make us feel like they had unlimited time for us; always smiling and happy!! Lana and Charlotte were exceptionally wonderful and made us feel at home!! And the vibe downstairs to chill was wonderful!!! The breakfast was on point and delicious!!!! Excellent hotel with amazing staff!!!

Rooms are small, maybe we should had gotten a bigger room, but rate seems excessive (it went down after we booked it but didn’t realize), and were ready to check out after first night but were told we’d be charged full reservation price. Staff are nice…. Noise transfers from floor above where you can hear the upstairs neighbor stomping around at 5am. Lobby restaurant is busy except for early in the morning with non-guests. Smokers hangout at the front entry which is not the best of the arrival experience combined with the whole bar scene / restaurant / Photo Booth combo. Really depends on what you are looking for. If you are into these types of experiences then this is for you. If you want to be left alone and not feel like stepping into a bar to go to your bed prob not it.

We wish we were staying longer at this hotel but it was a fantastic place to stay during our layover. It was close to restaurants and shops, and in a beautiful location across from the canal. The vibes were so cosy and comfortable.

For almost $400 a night, the room was smaller than a college dorm room. It was very confining and we were there for five days. We did not enjoy our stay and the lobby is always packed with their in house bar/restaurant. I did not think it was good value for the money we spent.
