Avoid! Lacks basic standards of cleanliness, privacy and facilities. Dirt and mould, most electrical appliances not working or damaged, you can see into all the rooms under the curtains from the corridor, the bathroom has no privacy (a glass door with gaps down the side), the shower drain is clogged and hadn't been cleaned. All for £160 a night where you'd expect it to be spotless and working. Just take the extra walk to the hotels outside security, I'd never stay here again.

I had a 12 hour layover in Amsterdam. Before I went into the city, I wanted to get some sleep. I was always curious about this hotel so I decided to come and sleep for some hours. It was just as expected. It is Very Tiny but very comfortable and super convenient. I had no complaints. It had everything I needed; a toilet, a place to lay my head and some privacy. I was able to turn every light off and get the sleep I needed before I headed to the city. The room was clean, I could control the temperature and there was room for my luggage. I could not ask for more. The prices are straight to the point. It was worth it for me because I didn’t want to leave the airport just yet and I decided to store my luggage at the hotel while I went into the city so everything worked out. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

Totally fine for what it is. Easy to find (despite reviews saying it’s not, I thought it was really centrally located on the second floor of Lounge 2 by the Food Court). It wasn’t exactly a luxurious experience but the bed was comfy, shower was clean, and it was a dark place to sleep for a few hours during a layover. Not quiet at all though (walls are super thin and you can hear everything) and pretty pricey, with weird things in the room like no temperature control and a super bright light panel you can’t turn off.

This is one of the places you use out of necessity, not for pleasure. It’s very hard to find (upstairs by the food court) and is inside the terminals. I went there because I had a 13hr layover in Amsterdam and was exhausted after an overnight flight. The guy at the front didn’t seem too friendly and as I was asking questions he gave me very short answers instead of just explaining how the room worked to me. Apparently you can “check in” in 15 min increments and stay as long as you need. I did 4hrs to try to catch some sleep and I wasn’t sure what the actual rates were (again, he didn’t explain anything even though I was asking questions). It ended up being quite expensive for just 4hrs but since this was for convenience I guess they can get away with it. It’s a very small room with a cubicle type bed, toilet, sink and small shower. Probably 10x10 area. Felt like being in a submarine. But it worked for what you needed. It was clean and I appreciated it was dark enough to actually sleep.

The location is super convenient for missed flights (in my case) or long layovers etc. the costs however are astronomical, £183 for 12 hours. The staff are super friendly and the little single cocoon room is fine for this purpose. I found the bed comfortable but had an awful night sleep due to the sound of the fan system and the control panel lit the room up like a beacon. Although I tried to press the lower temperature it felt really hot and dry in there whilst trying to sleep.
