This property really exceeded our expectations. It was clean, roomy, quiet, and very comfortable. The kitchenette was very well stocked including a half pint of milk for tea in the fridge. We also appreciated that our room was ready when we arrived at 1000, and we were given late checkout at 1130.

An excellent full service hotel in downtown’s Auckland. Lots of restaurants and food markets nearby. Apartment is spacious, well designed and clean. Has kitchen and washer, dryer. Will definitely recommend hotel for Auckland stay.

The location was in the centre of the city, very convenient for walking around the city centre. The staff were excellent and the stay was stress-free. The room was exactly as shown in the website photos and was clean.

The hotel is so convenient. Right on Queen St so very accessible to Britomart, shopping and the viaduct. Close to the SkyDrive airport bus too. Room was very clean and the housekeeping staff very lovely and helpful. Salt water pool was great and the gym small but good. Unfortunately not restaurant but as your right in the city, finding somewhere to eat/drink was very easy.

I hired a room for me and my two sone on NYE so we could watch the guyforks at the sky tower.
Apon arrival the lovely staff had upgraded us and to our absolute amazement we opened our outside door and the sky tower was right there.
We loved it.
The pool was also great for the boiz.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. They greeted us anytime we came in the reception doors and ensured our kids had everything they needed as well. Very attentive and kind people who work at this location. Will be back for sure.

We had a great stay here as a family of 5 in a three bedroom apartment. The staff were super helpful. It is centrally located and walkable to most destinations in the CBD. Very clean. Would stay again.

The property was lovely to stay in. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and fresh, like new. It was an easy walk to the sky tower, shopping and eating close by. Even a super market within 3 minutes walk.

I have been staying at CityLife for years, and loyalty is most definitely recognised. For my 6-day stay this month, I had a City Executive Suite on the 24th floor, with great views over the CBD. The staff - reception, housekeeping, everyone - are wonderfully helpful and delightful. The suite is large, with a dining table for 6, full kitchen, laundry facilities; a large bedroom; and a terrific bathroom with shower. The only minor downside is that post-Covid, the hotel closed their restaurant and bar, but now with the re-branding to Adina, there is talk of reopening both. Having said that, there is a charge-back with a local Chinese restaurant for dinner - delivered to the room - and surprisingly good. Also, the two close-by supermarkets deliver. Sure, there are terrific 'traditional' hotels in Auckland, but I love staying at CityLife - especially after returning from an overseas trip.
