Fabulous location right off Cathedral square, convenient to dining, shopping and transport including the intercity bus terminal.
Spotless accommodation- do hope they replace the carpet with solid surface at some point.
Buy the breakfast supplement- best hotel breakfast ever!

Location was fabulous - handy to everything we needed including the Riverside Market, and shopping. Rooms clean, and bed comfortable. Would have been better if there was parking at the building. Whilst there are 4 10 minute park spaces out front, these were in use when checking in and due to the one way system and not being familiar with the area, was a bit of a hassle. The hotel has an arrangement with the Wilson's Carparking down the road for a reduced parking charge.... per exit.... which can certainly add up.

A very modern hotel only opened in 2021 and well-located for most city attractions. Very clean rooms in both Studio and Executive Studio accommodation. Exec Studio rooms overlook Cathedral Square offering great views. I didn't use the restaurant facilities on the top floor but when I stayed, they were offering French-themed menu options.

The hotel in a great location, right in the town center. Easy walk to places and to the beautiful city garden. The hotel is pretty new. We had a suite that easily slept three people (with two bathrooms!). Very clean and spacious. We were there on the NYE, unfortunately the rooftop restaurant was closed for the holiday (was one of the reason I chose to go to this hotel to hope to see the firework), but the city canceled the fireworks anyway. They offered the breakfast at another hotel because the restaurant was closed. It was fine. Excellent front desk service. People were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.
Parking was a pain because it is not onsite, it is about a block away.

Had a fantastic stay and cannot fault anything. Probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in, and very quiet given its busy central location. Firm, comfortable bed, spacious room, great shower. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a lovely space. Warm and friendly staff. Quality fittings - as a single traveller I felt very secure behind that hefty, stylish fire-proof bedroom door!
