Communication beforehand was excellent and they were able to arrange for a very early check in. Property is new with good set up but pretty basic.Kitchen was funcitonal with fridge, hot water heater. Location is good within walking distance of little cafes, downtown area. Only negative was bed was very soft.

Stuff was very friendly and helpful! Thanks to them we had very nice experience. Considering this hotel is not 5* but their treatment was. It was over all very comfortable, we got free upgrade and late check out which helped us a lot considering our flight was at 9 pm. Location was perfect- close to everything! Covered parking next door for NZ20 (around $11 USD)

We stayed for 2 nights, was a really nice hotel. Although they did forget to put the child's bed in the room but was a quick fix. There was a large group of young adults occupying a few rooms on our floor and they all stayed up quite late having a party, but other than that that was the 'major' issue we had. Overall really good stay.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by two friendly staff who helped us get booked in, and were super helpful in confirming the car parking, access to the room and after hours access.
The room was lovely and clean, awesome views across Victoria Park straight towards the Sky Tower.
Absolutely wonderful stay all around, and will certainly be looking to book again next time we stay in Auckland.
