I was here for a training so I really can't tell you about the rooms and their services. However, I can say a few things about the hotel in general. It smelled really nice, especially the reception. My training room was on the 6th floor, the elevator works but I used the stairs more just to move my body. Food was decent and the personnel were courteous.

So this place used to be very good when I first lodged here in 2021. But currently the place is in urgent need of renovation and fumigation for most of the rooms. The bath tubs are very old and insect (tiny roaches) infested thus should be removed and replaced with a modern bathroom facilities. They give just one towel to guests but the towels are no longer good and have become very old and should be disposed of for newer ones because there is no difference between the floor towel and the bathe towel considering how faded and dirty they both look. I believe they need a new cleaning company in my opinion, the cleaners are not doing a good job if I want to be honest. My sheet was not changed daily, they would come arrange the bed like it's a new sheet meanwhile they were not changed. I confirmed this on the third when I left a deliberate mark on the pillow case without their knowledge and still met the same sheet on the arranged bed, I had to request for a new sheet of which even the new one looked very old and riddled with stains like bug stains. It's not a really clean place now. However the complimentary breakfast was fair but if you come by 9am you may only eat a few dishes because they don't refill food and the variety is limited. Meanwhile I would recommend they find another location for the hot water boiling container because it's too close to the bread toaster which is usually on and one could get burnt from the heat while fetching hot water for tea. Honestly my recent stay in October was a very big disappointment to me compared to my first stay in 2021. A complete overhaul is needed, if the hotel is to compete with its contemporaries around it.

A beautiful hotel with an Eco friendly environment. It has beautiful rooms, provides restaurant and dine in services, pool, and standby generators. Need to improve on the airation and smells of the rooms and customer service.

Whilst the price was decent and the staff generally nice and attentive, I was very dissatisfied with the room. There were ants on the walls and in the headboard of the bed, my room had no towels, and both my bathroom and the bathroom at the bar had a strong odour of sewage. That said the room was large and the area peaceful and quiet.

I’ve visited twice or thrice. The hotel seems like a good standard but fairly managed. Staff were rather choosy with who they secure rooms for. I’m not sure I’d be visiting anymore due to these reasons. I won’t advise buying their food. If you’d want to visit, I’d suggest you take the reviews seriously and request a throughly cleaned room.
