Great hotel. 1 mile from the airport, very friendly staff and a great rooms.
The food was great, had an evening meal which was cooked perfectly using quality ingredients and nicley served. Prices were reasonable too.

Check in was not very friendly, the room in need of a good deep clean and refresh - main lights did not work, wardrobe doors did not shut, two dusty put up beds in the corner and shower screen not wide enough to stop water going in the floor, carpets and walls marked. Meal in restaurant was cold and wine on list not available. Check again unfriendly.

Our room was very nice and looked clean. The garden views were lovely.The bathroom needs attention. The toilet was wobbly. We only had one hand towel and one shower gel. The bath towels would have fitted my 3 year old granddaughter. In the corners of the bath there were bad mould stains. It really didn't look nice at all. The planes were very noisy but that is to be expected so close to the airport! On the plus side, the staff were great and very helpful. The food was delicious at dinner. There was a problem with the wine. The one my husband chose was substituted for an inferior wine. It was all sorted amicably! Breakfast is a self service buffet. I am not usually a fan, but I have to say the food was warm. The scrambled egg looked a bit solid but was warm enough! The bacon was lovely. My husband had some fried bread and sausages and said they were good.
