Great check-in. Helpful staff. An issue with our room that was looked after right away,. Good room cleaning/ linen . Terrific breakfast. All amenities either in room or available. One thing I would say is, when you leave your room check to make sure your door locks.

It was walkable distance to museums I wanted to visit, like the Norskfolkmuseum. Also a short walk to the Royal Palace, and Aker Brygge. I felt that it was overpriced compared to the room quality. That being said, the staff was excellent and helpful. No fault of theirs that Norway was an expensive travel destination, but I am very happy to have gone. If I went back I would definitely find the cheapest accommodation I could because I feel nothing was gained for having stayed in this room over any other.

This hotel is superb! I would place it at the very high end of a 3 star hotel! To be honest I’m not sure why this is not a 4 star hotel. It’s was better than some of the 4 and 5 star hotels 🏨 I’ve stayed in e.g. the Sheraton Turkey. The breakfast is beyond excellent and it’s FREE! It’s 5min walk from a train line and the hotel is surrounded by a few cafes and convenience stores.

Very friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, and comfortable big bed. The elevator closest to the exterior fell hard while I was there and I forgot to mention this to them. I was fortunately not stuck in it.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very convenient to the train station and only two stops to Oslo S. Parking on site is very affordable and can be in/out as long as the hotel’s reserved spots are available. Local area is pretty dead after 5:00pm. Breakfast is good, but wish it had potatoes.

Book this hotel now! Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe. The front desk staff is wonderful and upgraded us because the hotel wasn’t fully booked. The rooms are great with a private bathroom. The free breakfast was everything we wanted and more. Would love to come back and stay again.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at and I've stayed at numerous mid-range to high end hotels around the world. The hotel & room are so clean, warm contemporary nordic decor, very safe and business area, close 5 mins walk to public transportation. Best of all, the breakfast is the most expansive in terms of options and best in terms of taste and ingredient quality. Perfect hotel!
