Nestled along the white-sanded shores of Moalboal, Asian Belgian Dive Resort gives guests access to one of the most popular diving spots in Southeast Asia, as well as to spacious accommodations, an open-air restaurant, a private beach, and to diving courses and gear rentals.
The boutique dive resort houses nine rooms, ranging from seaside cottages to hotel-style rooms. The 25-square-meter Native Cottages are built with nipa palm-covered concrete walls and roof. Equipped with an in-room safe, 1 queen-size bed, 1 single bed, a balcony, and a view of the garden, this room can easily fit groups of three to four people. The Sea View Room, on the other hand, is perfect for pairs with its personal refrigerator, one queen bed, and a view of the ocean. The 35-square-meter Dolphin Watch Room includes a lounge area, cable television, a bedroom with one queen bed and one single bed, a terrace, and private stairs leading to the beach. All rooms come with air-conditioning, a private bathroom, linens and towels, and free WiFi access.
The resort’s seaside restaurant serves dishes made with fresh seafood sourced from local fishermen. Guests can enjoy their food along with a view of the sea and Pescador Island. Other on-site services include babysitting, laundry services, luggage storage, and safety deposit boxes. Shuttle services are available upon request.
The resort’s diving center offers something for everyone—from diving courses with certified professionals for beginners to boat dives for certified divers. The resort’s house reef is none other than Pescador Island, which is home to an impressive array of marine life. Divers can also schedule a trip to see the famous Sardine Run at Panagsama.
The Bohol-Panglao International Airport is 63.4 kilometers from the resort. Airport transfers are available upon request.
