Pico de Loro Beach and Country Club is a 40HA “Residential Resort Village” and its the perfect place to unplug from the busy city for family and friends to spend their vacation. The beach is paradise-like which makes it instagram worthy. The resort is equipped with modern amenities and captivating views of the nature, such as mountains and lagoon.
Unique Selling Point
The 2BR unit in 2nd floor Jacana building has a nature-facing veranda that lets you enjoy the lagoon view right from your bed and its just few walking distance to the country and beach club.The place is deal for family or friends with beds for 9 persons. The maximum number of guests allowed in our unit is 9 from 4 yo above and children 0-3 yo is not counted.

This spacious unit has free WiFi; 2 bedrooms (7 beds: 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, 1 folding bed, 1 floor mattress, 2 sofa beds); 2 baths with bidet + water heater; Complete kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove; Cozy living, dining room w/ cable TV.
Location and Neighborhood
The best way to get there is by private car, public bus, private yacht or chopper. There are two route options, (1) Cavitex - Ternate – Nasugbu (approximately 73 kilometers, 1.2 – 2 hours), From the Mall of Asia Complex, take Coastal Road and go straight to CAVITEX exit; (2) Manila-Tagaytay-Nasugbu (Travel Time 2.5 – 3 hours), Take SLEX (Southbound), then Sta. Rosa Exit.

Check-in/Check-out Time
A deposit of PHP 1,000 upon check-in is required which will be given to you upon check out if there is no damage.
Cleaning fee of PHP 1000 to be collected upon check-in.
Guests can use all club amenities BUT WITH ADDITIONAL FEE per person for our guests to use the country club amenities and pico beach club including water sports for the whole stay.Payments will be done upon entry, as follows:
