The bed is old and kind of hard you can feel the spring. No bathroom rags. Trash from previous guest was just hidden under the sink.

The cleaning fee of 350 was not indicated when booking the unit. Arrived the unit with TV not functiong, door from the shower is damaged. You cannot close the door because it needs proper fixing. Towels are very worn out, the owner can just throw them also the bed cover is very old and worn out. Not sure if they even wash it. On top of that, the night before our check out, the owner texted me to tidy the unit and place our trash in the exit door. Where does the cleaning fee goes for if they are expectinv us to clean the unit after using it? I would not recommend staying here.

The wi-fi didn’t work. The bidet wasn’t working but we weren’t warned. We asked for suggestions about where to eat but the host’s assistant just told us to go to the mall. A little more help would have been appreciated.

The assistance is not attentive, the air-con is so weak it can’t supply the whole unit.. We request for extra electric fan but it takes 1 or 2 hrs before the assistant ask for another assistant to go to our room and gave us the defective electric fan... I am so disappointed because this tour is really important to me and my mother and we are not comfortable during our stay.. The water in the swimming pool is not that clean that’s why we decided not to try.. Thanks

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the place. The bed and the pillows were so comfy. Also, I love the hot shower and the pool but we didn’t spend much time in the pool since it was dirty due to a lot of people swimming. The place itself is so comfy and peaceful but I think there some areas that needs to be improved. Cons: 1. The other burner for the electric stove is not functioning. Only the other 1 is heating up. 2. The cabinet for the shoes is broken/unfinished. There were screws and some woods inside the cabinet. 3. Empty handwash. Rusty cabinet in the cr. Also, the inside of the refrigerator was not well arranged. 4. It would be best if the owner would change the utensils since there spoons with broken handles and some spatulas were melted.
