"If a booking was cancelled by the client because of a natural calamity such as typhoon resulting to Caticlan and Kalibo flight cancellations or suspension of boat transfers to and from Boracay Island, there will be no refund but cancellation charge is waived and the affected tour date can be rebooked to a new tour date within 30 days subject to room availability. The rebooking is transferable and may be used by other people subject to client’s endorsement."
Room rate on December 31, 2025 (New Year's Eve) and February 17, 2026 (Chinese New Year) stay include a Common Buffet Dinner for two (2) persons. Buffet Dinner is based on minimum occupancy of two persons per room. If the number of guests is below the standard occupancy, two persons will still be charged accordingly. Dinner charges apply even if guests are unable to dine due to flight schedules, late arrivals, or other reasons. Additional guests will also be charged accordingly. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Please be advised that a section of the Grand Wing Swimming Pool will be partially closed for renovations from May 15 to May 30, 2025. During this period, all other pools will remain fully operational. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Effective July 17, 2023, for bookings passing New Year's Eve (December 31, 2023), Mandatory Gala Dinner for 2 persons are included in the room rate. Mandatory dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons. Extra person must be coordinated with the property.
