The hotel itself is very pretty and awesome. I really enjoyed the stay and the food was really great! I even extended another night because the facilities are amazing. But customer service? Not commendable. Some of the front desks are not informed of the basic info. Every question I make, they had to hold and ask someone else. I had to reach out to the supervisor/manager to actually get what I'm asking for. (Salute to their superior — who 's a boy, I forgot the name — for providing us a pleasant stay and waived deposit! Even upgraded room) I requested for a wake up call, and I didn't receive anything. It's a good thing I woke up early. If not, I'm doomed. But it's alright, I let that incident pass. Via email, the customer service is very bad. They take a long time to reply. Still doesn't give me concrete answers. I was requesting for something via email, and they don't reply at all. I had to be IRATE for them to reply? In the end, it 's been weeks, and I haven't received the document I've requested. I followed up, but still, I received nothing frm them. In the end, the document I'm asking for is still nowhere. NGA-NGA! Henann is really a famous and nice hotel. But the customer service really drags them down. Being in the pandemic era, communication online is very important. And they FAIL at that big time. I am disappointed. I am a former hotelier. It breaks my heart experiencing this service. Being in the customer service industry for almost 7 years, I cringe on this experience. When I was handling emails for a hotel in boracay pre-pandemic, I cannot risk ignoring even a single email. I had to make sure that all are answered and all customers feel important. But in Henann, I receive no answer from them even after multiple days. I contacted the manila reservations, even the resort. But no answer. It's so tiring to follow up and to be ghosted via email. Now, I'm fed up. I ignored it at first but now, I think it 's time to write a review about it. The hospitality industry is just starting to rise up again. I hope you value all customers and make them feel heard. Not ignoring them after swiping their cards. 😤.
