Location is definitely not a good place. The dirt road both ways are not that accessible and not a good way even for cars. Don't be fooled by the rooms, pool and Jacuzzi, think of the accessibility. Smaller cars are not recommended here.
Not a good place for commuters, and be prepared of a 5,000 security deposit right before you check in.

Booked this getaway weekend for the family. Getting to the house is a little sketch, but make sure you have a SUV (pro-tip: you'll thank me later 😉) Lots of outdoors space and not to mention the view of the valley and mountains in the background. Kuya Mark and Ate Christy are so nice and welcoming. They did much of what we asked, which was not much, but they're very helpful. Each room has its own AC. It's like you're own little world inside the gates of the house. There are times where there are periods of brown outs, but have no fear, they have a generator. Kuya Mark was always on it within 3-5 minutes. BONUS: this place is about a 15 minute walk to Bakers Hill. If you don't know, look it up, AND it's free to enter! 😉 . Will definitely keep this place on the radar when we visit Palawan again!

First time in Palawan and Hilltop and Sam made it very memorable. Warm welcome, well planned activities, perfect ambiance and wonderful accomodation. Always had a plan B in place. I would definitely come back and bring more friends! Worth every penny!

It's a very nice villa. It's the tiniest bit old but that helps with its charm. It's around 10/15 minutes to the main road but that's fine by me. Very peaceful

Nice view, Warm welcome and Good ambiance, Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Super satisfied and super happy with my love and my friends 😊❤️ Overall Superb! I really want to go back and stay to your peaceful place again❤️
