Rooms at the hotel are divided into six types: the Standard Twin/Double, the Superior Twin/Double, the Deluxe Twin/Double Room, the Deluxe with Pool View Room, the Family Suite, and the Honeymoon Suite Room. Air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi are present in all the rooms, as well as a television set with cable channels. The en suite bathrooms have a shower and a set of organic bath amenities.
Three dining options are available to hungry guests: Expressions Cafe, Soul Pool Bar, and The IG Noshery. A buffet breakfast is available at the Expressions Cafe, while cocktails and drinks are available at the Soul Pool Bar and The IG Noshery.
Business conferences can be held in any of the four conference facilities of the hotel: Centro Ballroom, Breakthrough A & B, Breakthrough C & D, and the Sicily Club Lounge. Centro Ballroom can hold up to 300 people, while the rest of the facilities hold fewer people.

My family stayed in Hotel Centro on the second week of January. Apart from being a quite new and modern hotel in Palawan, we were so overwhelmed with the services. The kindness and hospitality of the staff are indeed remarkable. The hotel very well served its purpose to my family: to let them rest and recharge for few days. The foods, the room and the facilities are equally perfect. Plus a bonus to witness one of the biggest events in Palawan direct from their room window. Hotel Centro is highly recommended. We will certainly be back again.

The room was a bit small but comfy. you have free toiletries and bathroom was clean. plus factor is their heated pool and wifi working well. accessibility wise, very near to shopping malls, pasalubong center, airport and tourist spot.free shuttle service to/from Puerto Prinsesa airport. the breakfast buffet is good. overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was spacious and clean, the hotel itself is great, specially the hotel. Staff are very kind, polite and very helpful, They actually make you feel special and the food was good. The swimming pool is clean and relaxing .

We ate at their new year's countdown, foods were not satisfying as well as their breakfast. Room is small and the shower is worst. Flies are big as squash seeds in their resto, I told the attendant but she didn't care. They told us that the fireworks display will last up to 15 minutes but only last for 5 mins.
