You will noise problems since it's right next to the highway but it's by far the most accessible hotel I have visited the rooms are just top notch for the price. I was honestly surprised. If you're in lipa, just to here. It proper feels like a condo.

I stayed at the Italy condotel for 9 nights and it was great! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well-decorated with a beach motif. The location was great with Walter Mart only a short Jeep ride down the street and plenty of local style restaurants and stores surrounding the hotel. The staff was attentive and accommodative and provided me whatever I needed. It was a wonderful experience and I will be staying at the Italy Condotel next time I visit the Tanauan area.

I was a solo traveler who stayed at Tokyo room for 2 nights. The location was convenient because the place is just along the highway and many tricycles and jeepneys are easy to hail from right in front of their building. There are many spots you can get on foot to have Batangas famous dishes such as lomi and chami. On foot, you can also easily reach several small sari-sari stores and 2 Dali grocery stores are nearby (although Italy Condotel has a mini grocery of its own). The room I stayed in was perfect for young solo travelers that appreciate exclusivity (as this room has a loft/mezzanine style and is located at the top most part of the building. No one will be passing by this room’s front door and balcony as the room is pretty isolated. Be prepared for climbing the stairs and having low hanging beams and ceiling though.) and having essential kitchen equipments like an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and a pot and an induction cooker and a coffee maker. There was a small nook where I do most of my reading and drawing and there was a small coffee table where I did work on my laptop and have my meals. The quality of the beddings, bed, and pillows were that of a high-end hotel and my sleep had been comfortable. The huge smart TV has a Netflix account logged in and ready for use. Shower has a heater. The room was both pretty and practical and well-equipped. I booked through their Facebook page by messaging them on Messenger: Italy Condotel Darasa - Tanauan City This is a good deal, considering the prices and inclusions of deals from the other hotels in the area. It is easy to get to places in Tanauan if you stay here. You will never go hungry with the many nearby eat stations. You can even heat up the take-out Lomi or goto Batangas in their microwave oven or electric stove. You can keep your pasalubong Lomi or Goto in their spacious ref. And when you agree to have coffee, please make it cappuccino, the Italian owner will prepare it.

hotel was under construction the entire time. all day there was load noises and no sleep. I was told I could have dogs. After 5 days I was told to leave with dogs. Because, they gave me a room with carpet. I even asked in the beginning why I was getting a room with carpet. I was told I would be refunded for the extra day I had left. I was never refunded. Overpriced! Rude! Do not go here
