We loved our stay there!! It is a small, family run business and they treat their guests as such too. They will pick you up from the main road on your way from the airport and drop you off or collect you anywhere else upon arrangement as well, for a fee. That is very handy, as the site is off the main road, about a 20min ride from the city. They also offer drinks and home cooked meals, simple yet delicious. You can book day trips through them too. Just be mindful, it is cash only (like most of the country, especially the islands) and you pay for all your extras (f.ex. transport, food, drinks, trips,..) when you check out. There is wifi, it seemed to be working in the reception / bar area, but if you have data, that works fine most of the time. The bathrooms are shared between the guests and sometimes little frogs- they are harmless. The pool was nice to swim in and relax and the staff also create art pieces from scrap material, which I though was super cool. The bridge to the cabins is a bit wonky, but you get used to it aftwr a while. The place really gives you that authentic, simple vibe, being surrounded by nature and enjoying the peace and quite. The couple running the business are such lovely, genuine people, always willing to help. Cannot recommend this place wnough, I would most definitely go back again.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable experience. The host and their family were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, assisting with scooter rental, offering island hopping experiences, and providing convenient transfers to/from the ferry port/airport, as well as into town. The delicious food and the serene, nature-surrounded location added to the overall charm. The expansive and clean pool was a delightful bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of Coron town centre.

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. We did rent a scooter to get to the location. It's about 5 minutes drive on a bumpy dirt road to the main road. The place itself is in nature and quite remote so get snacks before hand. The kitchen is good and reasonably priced and you can buy drinks too. There is a stunning mountain top you can reach after a 15 minutes hike (highly recommended - start is by the outside shower by the pool) . The pool was clean and refreshing. If you like luxury than it's not your place but if you more a person who likes camping than it's more your cup of tea. We really liked our stay here. Specially good to escape the busy center of Coron. The only down side was the moskito nets.... They where way to small to sleep comfortably in the romantic bamboo cabins. Aja and you shouldn't mind a frog etc looking at you when you go to toilet at night. :D 💕 Hope this description helps you guys.

Wow! ❤️ Our stay was so amazing - a park in the middle of nature with a great swimming pool, a beautiful view just some meters higher and delicious food (very tasty curries for example, I loved the vegetarian one!) ❤️ Mount Avangan Family are the kindest people you can imagine, they were helping us with everything, always so friendly and smiling and we just loved staying with this family! ❤️ The place is not far from the center and really calm! 😊 Great spot for all activities! 😊 Renting motorbikes, booking tours, shuttles etc. - everything was possible there! ❤️ And the Wifi was even working in our bamboo tent 😍 Thank you for everything - we will definitively come back again! 😊 Robert & Joelle 😊

We had an amazing stay at Mount Avangan Eco Adventure. The owner and his wife were the most welcoming host's we have had so far. They were very helpful and accommodating in our requests. We were able to book activities and services via them, which made our stay in Coron even more pleasant. Adventure is in the name, as it is already an Adventure coming here. You stay in a secluded area nearby an Mountain, from which you have amazing sunset views (only 10 minute hike). Because it is secluded (but still closeby coron town: 10 min by motorbike), and because there is only 5 accommodation, you don't share it with many other tourist. Instead you are able to meet locals, as the pool is open for day passes for locals. Also, the pool is very big and clean. The accommodation we stayed in was clean, and it felt like camping (glamping). It is not luxurious but has all the basics someone needs. Wifi is strong at the restaurant and the Local menu was nice.
