The front desk did not know what room we booked because they said they didn't have that kind of room even if it was on the app. Room and toilet were dirty. Air-conditioning had a very thick layer of dust. Pressure poor water pressure. All electric sockets were not working properly. The photos are very far from what the actual rooms look like. I will never return to this hotel.

The staffs were not so accommodating and takes them long time to entertain the guest. Staffs were just using cellphones and chatting inspite of attending the needs pf their guest. The room that we had was in level 5 and it was worst. We found on the Confort room sanitary napkins on the soap basin, then also we found used band aid under the blanket. The remote for the TV was not working and the towels looks like it was not washed due to bad smell. Overall it was unsatisfying. I’m sorry.

The staff were all friendly, since I booked for the Single Economy (the cheapest) I was already expecting the worst. The room is small, enough for 1 person and I was okay with it. The aircon temp was fine, I didn't used the TV because there's no remote and I'm too tired to ask for one. What creep me the most is the bathroom, there's a huge whole on the ceiling. I might be a bit paranoid but I didn't sleep peacefully fearing that somebody might enter the room through the hole since it can fit one to two people. Or, there's a huge snake that might fall if I used the restroom.

No remote control available for TV TV is so static no intercom you'll have tp go up and down for your concerns. You have to personally ask for all the freebies, towel, shampoo, soap, and tissue.

When I went there I saw three coachroches on the bed and killed them and in the middle of my sleep another one flew around me. I hope you address this issue immediately.

hard to find though they are claiming that it is strategically located in the center of the city, it will take you minutes to locate the entrance. no towel upon check in. since it is under renovation you'll hear them working even inside your room. if you came from a long travel, do not stay on this place. water supply not available. they said it will take 30 minutes and even though I paid for a standard room, Wi-Fi is not reaching the room. TV doesn't have signal as well. you can't watch properly. also, standard rooms are located on the 4th floor. most family rooms are located in the 2nd floor so make sure your legs are ready they don't have elevators. on top of that, they prioritize other bookings. there are even times they are not aware about the booking. if you want a hassle free stay. Do not stay on this place.
