we had so much fun in our 3D2N palawan escapade. I recommend this hotel ponce deleon resort a very friendly and approachable staffs, good food, the place was awesome. we really love the landscape and the preservation of old trees. We will recommend this to our friends to stay here if they will go to palawan soon. Godless

it was such a great palawan escapade we had thank you ponce de leon for accommodating us well from the airport until our whole stay. 2 thumbs up for your customer service, the place was awesome we really love the landscape and the preservation of old acacia trees. They serve a very good food we really enjoy our 3 days and 2 nights stay. The hotel staffs are very hospitable and it feels like we are in good hands. we will recommend the place to our friends if they will visit palawan soon. :) more power to your business.

It's a home away from home. The place is so homey and close to nature. I like the religious spots, the chapel, the old acacia trees and nice stuffs everywhere! All the staff are very nice and accommodating. We have very limited time to stay but they made us feel the best customer care and service. Since we won't make it for breakfast due to very early trip to El Nido, they prepared and packed our bacon as early as 3:30 am. Also, since we'll be on early check out the following day due to early flight, they already brought us our coffee , snacks, complimentary tea with electric kettle the night before. How we wish we could have stayed longer ! We've enjoyed our stay 😊

The place is beautiful as well as the resort’s staff, they are very welcoming and kind. This resort offers free airport transfers, they also call/text you ahead of your flight to ask you about your flight sched. Will definitely recommend this . Thankyou ☺️❤️

The Ponce de Leon Garden Resort has 15 rooms in a sprawling one hectare property surrounded by abundant foliage, fruit bearing and majestic acacia trees. All rooms come standard with air conditioning, premium beds with crisp linen, cable TV, free WiFi access, and a safety deposit box. The private bathroom is huge with separate stalls for toilet and shower. The shower has hot & cold running water and comes with bath amenities such as towels and toiletries. Some room types come with additional features like a balcony or terrace, seating areas and sofas.
The resort staff can assist guests with all their needs such as airport shuttles, city transfers, laundry and dry cleaning services. When we checked in, we were given twin beds instead of a queen or King (which we requested specifically for our honeymoon). The desk officer, Tina, said that we would get another room the next day, and offered to push the beds together. Then the bathroom was clogged. We called maintenance and they fixed the problem. Temporarily. The next day we had a seminar to attend but were assured we would be transferred to another room. When we got home, late, we were told that we couldn't be transferred because they had overbooked. So we had to use the same room, and the bathroom got clogged yet again. Plus, they had not even cleaned!!! That brought me to tears. We settled in, and someone knocked on our door. A supervisor to Tina called Roselle. She wanted to transfer us to another room but it was too late, so we opted to do it the next day. Thankfully, this Roselle and her staff (Beth, the desk officer at the time) went above and beyond. They seem to have upgraded our room, and gave us really good service after that. Unfortunately, they could not return the two nights me and my husband spent in discomfort.

My house is only half a day to fly early the next day. The hotel has prepared delicious rata breakfast, but the newspaper reception will have a free car to take guests to the airport. At 5am, I woke up the kids, got ready, went to the door until 5:10, afraid of being late for the flight (6:20 am I fly), so I was lucky to be able to wave 2 tuk tuks. I just let the 3-star hotel, now I don't know how to miss the flight because I still fly a long flight from MNL to HAN in the evening.

Room is big and clean. They clean it everyday carefully. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with many tasty dishes. I did feel like home when I stayed there.

No water supply in the resort they will provide basin and pail of water for every room. Wifi is really weak inside my room. Windows can be open easily and no security due to that(I tried to locked many times, it seems somebody is opening it). I hope they will improve on that areas. The good things about Ponce De Leon they have a delicious breakfast, views of the resort is cool, I love the pianist in someway the music gave me peace while listening to him. I really wanted to give a neutral rating but I only have two choices. For now, will give a sad face rating.

We had a short stay due to an early flight and because of that we would have missed the complimentary breakfast. But the receptionist arranged a meal with sandwich and fruits so we can have something to eat before we leave the resort. She also arranged the shuttle to serve us early instead of the normal start time. We loved the service and the room is spacious. The garden is also a nice place if you want instagram worthy photos.

I love the place and I love their food too. What disappointed me though was the internet connection. I cannot work at all inside the room. I had to go near the reception area to work. the music inside the restaurant was a bit loud so it's an effort to get the staff's attention. overall, it was really good.

Drainage not so good in the bathroom. Difficult to operate the TV. Music was loud in the restaurant so had to approach the people in the counter to get their attention but the food was great. Would be nice if they put label on the buffet breakfast. Overall, I love the place.
