I just arrived and I book until January 12. I live a block away it's just that the house is full. The room does not have a good WIFI connection although it's indicated that there is WIFI, the guy working for the place said, it's only in the lobby. The TV in my room doesn't even have the right cord. The linen when I came in has stains and it smelled like a laundry that didn't dry up properly. I had it changed and the guy told me that the mattress foam caves in, but they don't have the foto replace it with. I had to wipe the a/c vent for it's dirty so is the side table and the cabinet. The bathroom is scary. Took photos. The owner needs to visit to see how to improve the place. I had to go down to have the linen replaced, it smelled upon going down I saw a big rat running going towards the stairs on the 3rd floor. Jong is helpful but it's just that the hotel is poorly managed. Maybe the owner don't check the hotel anymore.

All beds are pull-away single bed! Real bad toilet and shower facility (water never drained). Even when there were no-smoking signs everywhere, Staff still allow some smoker guests to smoke on the patio! And smoke smell permeates all the rooms! Lastly, wall A/C's were loud and vibrating. The A/C exhaust heat circulate back to the room, so your room doesn't really get cool. They're renovating until 30Sept2022, hope it might get better!

Good staff ! Clean Value for money

The lady at the front desk was very helpful when we asked for help with our transpo to the airport. The caretaker was also very kind. The room, specifically the cabinet and the bathroom need some renovations but everything’s sufficiently clean. The aircon doesn’t get as cold as we would’ve wanted, despite maxing the settings.

The rooms quite spacious but the bed linen and pillow case is horrible it's dirty,smelly and had a stained, it's seem before i check in at night someone used it in daylight,I couldn't sleep well because of the smell.I I woke up so early in the morning and then check out at 9.
