The rooms are bigger, cold it was okay. But the aura of this hotel is something scary, it was okay but there is a energy that drains you inside feels like a horror movie. After being in this hotel i had suffer from chills and fever i dont blame tho there is just something off. So little pathway to go to the area, if you arent careful you might have accident if you have big luggage. Or else you will carry you bags to the stairs to be even in the lobby. I didnt stay in the hotel i moved immediately.

I hope this photos show what kind of service they have in this vicinity. They charge 400php for the [SANITATION] of the rooms. I do not think this is Sanitary. I prefer rooms that do not have cockroaches in them. How can you sleep at night peacefully when you know that there are these Beasts lingering inside your room. I gave them a chance to prove themselves worthy and politely asked for my money back. But all they can answer is, "NO REFUND POLICY". And so, I decided to put this up here to discourage people going to this place ever again. Please do not waste your money going to inconvenient places like this. Additionally, food doesn't taste like food, it's all garbage. I hope they never put up the banner of RED DOORZ here because I know that reddoorz provide REAL sanitation and services are at par to what they say they are. This is the best way to tarnish that name. I highly disapprove of this establishment and hope that it doesn't last long. I haven't gotten to the part where the room water heater doesn't work. Staff are rude as hell. Equipment inside the room is antique. Room service takes 2hrs to arrive. And did I mention NO REFUND POLICY? Don't ever come to this place if you want to relax. Go book somewhere else. Again, I gave them the chance to redeem themselves but rudeness and unprofessionalism is what I got.

DO NOT TRY TO BOOM AT THIS HOTEL. Tried to cancel a reservation due to personal and work problem and now they are telling us that it's a No Cancellation and No Refund Policy. This was NOT disclose before, during and after the reservation. Only after we requested to reschedule it. If there's a 0 star, I would definitely give it to them. Not recommending this hotel to anyone. Never.

Its our first time to check in, unfortunately, the frontdesks were so insensitive the needs of guests. They are just looking at us even laughing at us, when they can't get our point. How rude! Not even presentable to the guest. Upon getting in room, lots of damage at room. We were so shocked that no one assist us to carry our heavy luggage. The points are, they are RUDE and INSENSITIVE to their guests and UNTIDY.

The room was not properly cleaned, seemed like they never used vacuum. Found this insect on the bed, after further check we discovered the bed protector was super dirty. Creepy and dirty. Wi-Fi terrible.
