The room was clean and super comfortable. Staff are so accommodating and toiletries are complete. ++room smells good as well as the hallways (super refreshing) Looking forward to our next trip in Bataan, will definitely stay here again 😁

It was a nice stay except that I expected to have a room with a bathtub as indicated in my voucher. They gave us a room with a shower instead. We had difficulties using the TV because of the remote. We had to request for room service twice to fix it. The bathrobes they provided us (upon request) are still wet (from laundry) and have distressed holes. They should buy new robes. Everything else is fine with us.

Disappointed. When we arrived receptionist is not around so we asked someone to look for them. Dirty beddings and we saw long hair strand and then we had to move to a different room only to find out that beddings are still dirty, AC is not working properly.

Staff were very attentive of our needs. Limited parking space but they will make a way to get you a spot if you have a reservation. Safety and security is also commendable. Some issues about cleanliness but overall a good experience.

The stay was just ok. Receptionists were very accommodating, they even upgraded our room. What made our stay a little disappointing is that the room was not that clean. stains on sink glasses and bed sheets.The room would have been great if it is well-lit also. Staffs at Plaza Brew where we had our breakfast didn't gave us our exact order, they didn't even apologize.

Our room supposed to be a deluxe room but there's no available room for that day. We are upgraded to Presidential Suite for free. We had a good stay and definitely book again. Great people and accommodation.
