It was such a pleasant stay hoping that special requests can also be relayed to the hotel promptly. Wish I could stay longer. May I suggest if it can also be share to clients if kitchen and dinning essentials can also be requested at the very friendly and helpful reception.

Television had no signal and there was no telephone. I went down to report it personally, the receptionist told me there was no available personnel to check or fix the problem. That was a bit disappointing.
