As for two-star hotel, the rooms were fine. Quite enough space, bathroom ok, only problem was the temperature too high (in winter) without any possibility to change it and outside the windows there is city noise. Also a bit dust-smelly. Not so clean. But overall, ok. Breakfasts not best but ok.

To be fair, the position is great—but I would honestly rate this stay 0 if I could. Upon check-in, my friend and I asked to split the bill; the first transaction seemed to go through, only to get refunded minutes later. I then paid the full amount, but had a feeling that this hotel would only be trouble. Five days later, upon check-out, we were informed that the system had issued another refund (for half the amount of our stay). Although I insisted that this seemed unlikely, we were only told that the hotel had just "adopted a new system", and there had been an "error". Furthermore, the receipt I was given did not show the amount that was supposedly refunded and my credit card details. Clearly, it was only a delayed notification of the first refund—if related to our stay at all! The receipt was so crumpled it looked like it had been fished from the waste paper basket after being thrown away. However, we had no choice but to pay again—the hotel was refusing to let us leave. They assured us that the extra transaction would promptly be refunded if it all turned out to be a mistake, but it’s been a month and in spite of contacting the hotel several times by email, we haven’t received a refund yet. I have never, in years of travelling, encountered such poor service—even in similar budget hotels. The awful five nights’ sleep I had on the rock-hard bed with a super thin pillow would have been enough to put me off staying at B&B Hotels ever again, but the service has truly made the whole trip a stressful nightmare. I wish I’d never booked a stay here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Awesome for the price. The room was clean and confortable, we were able to check-in before 14:00. The staff were so nice and helpful, we asked for extra pillows for more confort and they gave us 2 more with no extra cost. The hotel is well located, highly recommended.

Service: Checking in, annoyed personal at the reception. Our at booking already requested second blanket wasn’t in the room and I had to go twice to the reception and need to show an also unhappy night receptionist that we requested this already 3 months ago. Room: The bed was pretty hard, the mattress was too low to directly sleep on a wooden plate. The pillows were giving no comfort at all. The AC was preconfigured as shown on the picture, when we arrived at about 2pm. When we came back at 11pm the room’s temperature was still above 20 degrees with a high humidity. Nice conditions to sleep on an uncomfortable bed. On top of that we heard every car in front of the hotel. This was certainly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Very nice position but very negative experience with the payment. There were two of us traveling, and we settled the room bill upon arrival. We asked if it was possible to split the amount in half, and they told us it was. However, the guy at the reception then said that something went wrong, so after my friend paid the first half by card, he asked us to pay the full amount again because we would automatically receive a refund for the first half already paid (and this was already confusing...). Anyway, we paid again, and that was the end of it. A few days later, as we were preparing to check out, we were stopped because there had been another problem "with the system," so they asked us to pay the full amount again because "the first payment was not accepted," and again, we were told we would receive a refund. We complained and explained that this didn't make sense, but they said that if we didn't proceed in this way, the check-out couldn't be completed. We paid again but took all the receipts home as proof of the various payments made. To this day, after several complaint emails, we have not yet received any refunds…
