We love this place and stayed over the 2nd time. The hotel with restaurant was built in traditional Zakopane architectural style. It's on the main Krupówki street, very well located. It's dry sauna and swimming pool which is convenient addition after hiking or skying to relax muscles. We got an upgrade from a room on the first floor to 2nd with the Tara's view. The staff was so kind and lovely like always! Thank you

The roons were very comfortable. It has both air condtioning unit as well as thermal heater. Located near the ski resort. The wooden structure of the hotel make it look awesome.

Quite a charming hotel.  Great location as it's right on the main street where all tourists visit.  Lots of shops,  souvenir stands, and restaurants.  Hotel is wooden like many buildings in Zakopane,  beautiful!  There are no perfect hotels and you learn to adapt when traveling.   Being right on the street there is noise and music at night, especially if your room has a street view but there is a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel has a restaurant/ bar, periodically with musicians,  and the noise from there does drift up to the rooms and it gets pretty loud at times.  Music seems to stop around 10pm.  The room had wooden furniture, there was a desk, table, and a bench. Not much counter space in the bathroom but there was an armoire close with lots of space, shelves and hanging area.  The hot water comes from China first thing in the am and it's difficult to keep a constant temperature in the shower.   A/C in our room was blowing directly on one half of the bed and the fan never shut off, got too cool and wound up turning it off at night. Breakfast was good,  had an omlet station which frequently had a line so one morning we skipped eggs.  They had cereals,  salad fixings,  meats,  cheeses, breads and sweets.  Wi-fi was very spotty and not very strong.  The staff were especially nice, friendly and helpful.  Their restaurant was very good and they had good selections on the menu.

Very nice place to stay. Be aware od additional charges for parking and room cleaning, but the kitchen will surprise you. Its simply amazing.

Great location as it's right in the city centre. Staff is very professional and helpfull. Rooms could use a few more amenities such as AC or safe. Overall great place and must see town if visiting Poland!!
