Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel offers three restaurants, and we had the chance to try them all—each one was excellent with delicious food and great service.
Breakfast was amazing, with an incredible variety to choose from. The gym and pool were great additions.
But above all, what truly made our experience special was the staff. Every single team member was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made all the difference.

A Comfortable and Joyful Stay
I stayed at Corinthia Lisbon and overall had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and of reasonable size, offering a comfortable environment to relax. The room service and reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, which really added to the overall positive experience.
The hotel boasts all the amenities you'd expect from a standard 5-star property, so it caters well to travellers seeking convenience and luxury. Although it’s not situated in the city centre, the free shuttle service that runs every hour or so made getting to and from the main attractions a breeze.
Breakfast was a highlight of my stay—plenty of delicious hot and cold options to suit every palate. On the other hand, I found the restaurant floor staff slightly less professional compared to the rest of the team. This wasn’t a major issue, but it was noticeable when compared to the otherwise excellent service.
For those evenings when venturing out doesn’t appeal, the hotel offers several dining and bar options. The food quality and service in these outlets were fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively yet relaxed—a great alternative to dining out.
In summary, this hotel is an excellent choice for those looking for comfort, great amenities, and good service. A few areas could use some polishing, but they don’t take away from the overall experience. I would recommend it for both business and leisure stays.

A True Five-Star Experience at Corinthia Hotel Lisbon
Our stay at Corinthia Hotel Lisbon was nothing short of amazing. From the exceptional service to the luxurious amenities and elegant decor, the property truly embodies five-star hospitality.
We were delighted and pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Junior Suite upon arrival, which added an extra touch of luxury to our trip. Room service was convenient and efficient, enhancing our overall experience.
The hotel offers three on-site restaurants, providing plenty of dining options. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with an extensive variety of choices. However, I did find some of the food to be a bit on the colder side, which was the only minor drawback.
The Guest Services team was incredibly helpful in recommending things to see and do in Lisbon, ensuring we made the most of our visit.
While the location isn’t in the heart of the tourist area, it’s only about 15 minutes away by Uber, and transportation in Portugal is very affordable. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the main square, although we didn’t get a chance to use it.
Overall, Corinthia Hotel Lisbon exceeded our expectations and provided a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing
From the door man to every staff member in the hotel , restaurant, concierge , spa and housekeeping
I have to say a big thank you to the manager Carlos Barbosa , he made sure that our stay was perfect. Such a pleasure to communicate with him. Super professional and welcoming
The hotel and the rooms are so luxurious ( make you sure you get a junior suite which will give you free access to the sky lounge) and the amenities are great
The breakfast at the lounge is so delicious and the staff there are just outstanding. Big thanks to all of them .
I loved the spa and the hot stone massage which I definitely recommend. The Italian restaurant is definitely a good choice for dinner and the Soul Garden is the perfect spot for food and the best cocktails. The staff there are so friendly and welcoming. Well done guys , we had an amazing time ! My sister and I really enjoyed our weekend away . My favourite hotel in Portugal . Everything is more than 5 stars . And I have to say that the housekeeping deserves my congratulations. Everything was so clean and so well kept . The turndown is such a nice treat after a long day of sightseeing.
