The lady at reception it was extremely helpful and polite. The room was very clean, all was working in good order condition, nothing to fault. Can't comment about breakfast because I left the hotel very early.

Our room was ready on the morning we arrived. We were allowed an early check in and a late check out at no extra cost. Friendly and helpful staff at reception, a nice & convenient coffee shop as part of the hotel. Clean and spacious double room with a view, parking available. Good value for money, 3 days stay in Bombarral.

Very clean. TVs are from the 90s. Phones didn't work. Not sure why they were even there. The breakfast was terrible. The coffee urn was filled with watery instant coffee. The manager was overbearing in a negative way. There were issues brought to my attention that would never have been in any other hotel I've ever stayed, in any city in the U.S. or Europe. The manager's tone was that of a mother-in-law who resented our visit. She seemed not to like us. It made our stay very unpleasant. This stay was due to my mother's funeral, which she was aware of. The last thing I needed was someone splitting hairs about petty little things. The toiletries were cheap like the ones you get in low-rent motels. I hope to never stay here again, so long as she is employed here. I will be returning to this village, as I have family here but will book my lodging elsewhere.

They should invest in improvement of hotel cleaning (as location cannot be changed...) Food is OK. Staff is OK. Wine festival is local attraction of this town. Apart of this - nothing here.

Very clean, helpful and friendly stuff and decent food (extra points for the dessert) and fair price would recommend ☺️
