My wife and I stayed for 3 nights here in late February. The rooms and hotel were very clean. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist us. It is located just a 5 minute drive to downtown Tavira. The breakfast buffet was very good and the restaurant next door was worthy of a visit. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great hotel, we were a little off season, but the room was comfortable and clean. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. It’s a little off the beaten path, but uber is easy. Very nice hotel. Would recommend 👍🏽

Firstly, I don’t know how this is only a 1 star hotel. Definitely deserves to be a 3 star hotel. Rooms are decently sized with modern decor, has a great selection for their breakfast buffet- both hot and cold options. The pool is beautiful and the patio as well. There is plenty of parking even if the main lot is busy from the restaurant next door. Our room faces the Main Street but we didn’t get any noise inside. Great stay overall. Only con is the elevator is small but we didn’t have a problem using the stairs.

Easy to locate as the hotel is on the EN125, just after one of the principal roundabouts serving the town of Tavira. Tavira town centre is only about 10 minutes walk away. Mind how you cross the EN125 though. Staff were excellent, happy to help and good natured. The breakfast was magnificent, an incredible amount of choice, hot and cold. There is an attached restaurant 'O Tacho' which is independently owned but we ate lunch there on arrival as so many locals were queuing pre midday (a Sunday), it had to be worth a try. We were not disappointed, quite a simple menu but well cooked and large portions. Take away or Eat in options, fish and meat dishes available. Typically Portuguese, decent wine list too. Didn't use it but a lovely pool area, quite close to the EN125 but screened by trees and not too noisy. Parking available too. Would revisit for sure.

Staff in particular João and Mario were so kind and really looked after us. I had two pets with me and the garden and area at the back was great for walk. Rooms excellent, very clean and good size newly painted so it was all fresh. If I had to pick anything would be the eggs and bacon was not fresh for breakfast the two days we stayed there but there was lots nice cakes but of course it’s too much sugar! Anyway it was not very important I would go back again as they are very pet friendly and caring staff
