Very nice. Impeccably clean. 5 stars service. Just does not have iron, but has laundry service a few hours a day. All the furniture and fittings are are of amazing quality and very well maintained. Food is amazing and great prices. Amazing location. There is a trail on the river nearby. Very central. One of the best places I stayed. Has a parrot that loves talking and always wants people around, but it might be shy if there is too many.

I have stayed here many times and have mixed feelings about it. The rooms were comfortable but in need of some renovation by the last time I was there. The dinning-room is huge but with a nice atmosphere, at a time with a good piano player. In that same dinning-room I had very unpleasant situations, one of them while at a family reunion with several waiters totally neglecting the table service (keeping away, not looking, totally unavailable) in such a manner that led me to fill a formal complaint. On another occasion, on a hour-changing day (with people still confused about what time it was, really), some staff members tried to prevent some guests from entering breakfast room because they were late, without giving them some tolerance giving the understandably mistaken time. For quite a few years the hotel seemed to have an ongoing problem with personnel and an obvious lack of qualified mid-managers. Still, I rate it 4 stars, I don't even really understand why... It has the potential, it can be OK when everything goes well. Great view from the top floors balconies. Furthermore, it is very central, easy walking to everywhere in the old town and has an easy parking. If only they get it right...

Old and outdated hotel. 🏚️👎🏻 Pros: - Close to the city centre. - Beautiful views over the valley. - Plenty of parking spaces. Cons: - Old and smelly rooms. - Tinny mouldy bathroom. - Dirty carpets. - Falling apart furniture. - Few toiletries. - Crowded breakfast.

Rooms, excelent, clean, top 1. Service, great, the staf are extremely profesional, polite and friendly, they are great. Food : awesome, one of the best cod that i ever tried. The food its great! I recommed 100% this place. Location : on the back of the hotel there is trail to go for a walk and a river. Its beautiful, its located also near by the town center where you can visit the old town and go to the market square. I love this place.
