We are here now and have 4 nights in total at this hotel. Honestly it’s not as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be, you get what you pay for it’s a cheap getaway. It definitely isn’t a 4 star 3 star at most. Rooms are dated and worn but still very good to stay in. Location is great everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Staff were lovely when checking us in. Would I stay again for another cheap getaway? Yes.

Big, massive hotel, great room size. Good English breakfast and cereal. However, the pictures online are far from reality on the ground. The room I was in with my partner had a single bed, and we were made to understand that this is how all the rooms are. We requested that the bed arrangement should be changed to a double size. The TV remote wasn't working, which made it a bit of a challenge to either switch the TV on or off. We could only have it either way when we were in bed. The room intercom is not working; you have to go to the reception to pass your message. If you are not careful, if you close the sliding door behind you on the balcony, hotel staff would have to let you back into your room, depending on the time of the lockout. The outside pool was quiet, probably due to the period we visited, but the indoor pool was busy, as the kids and adults enjoyed the indoor splash. As hotel guests, it was also a surprise for me to have to pay €8 to use the gym. Aside from that, should there be an emergency in the gym, there are no clear directions to the emergency exit from the gym. In my opinion, the rating I would give the facility out of 5 is 3.5.

Good morning we are currently staying at the hotel and photos on website are nothing like it in person.. the balcony only has a wall which there's cracks all along it .. we asked could we be changed and we're told hotel is full in which is a lie as there aren't many people in hotel. there's no shower gel shampoo in bathroom .. the sheets get changed once a week. We only have 2 bath towels 2 hand towels and there's 4 people in the room .. towels are only changed if requested . Breakfast buffet is absolutely horrible has it is freezing cold and when u tell them they heat it up in microwave. You complain and all u get is nobody else has complained. The hotel is well over rated .. it should be down as aparthotel rather than hotel . You have to pay for mini club for kids, you've t pay for swimming cap for indoor pool ... There is nothing like this on there Web page... I'm really disappointed with this situation .. we paid for breakfast so we should b able to have it in hotel rather having to go out for it .. thank you

The hotel is dated but you could see that it was once an amazing place! So I respect that it cost a fortune to maintain. My family and I stayed in a 2 bed apartment (teenage children and hubby) 8th floor. The views from the windows were amazing and beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable room but needs refurbishment. We didn't mind better than having a small cramped space. I didn't like the bed so slept on the sofa bed which I LOVED! The shower was amazing. Water pressure great. Tv wasn't great but we came for the outdoors so didn't mind. Location was perfect. My children felt safe and even went to old town alone (20 mins walk) Breakfast was great. LOVED the pastries and the orange juice. And the large selection of seeds: Chia, flax, sunflower, pumpkin, raisens, etc. Dinner was different everyday. Ok but not great except for our last day. It was amazing but because we weren't expecting it to be, we had lunch else so was too full to eat. Fish dishes were nice. Outdoor Pool area was lovely but too cold to swim so enjoyed the picturesque view. Indoor pool very old and poor condition but we enjoyed using it. Especially the jacuzzi. Had the area all to ourselves. Would I book again? Yes definitely for the price its value for money. If i want luxury, I will go somewhere else.
