Stayed there as a solo traveler and I could not be more impressed with my experience with this hotel! They were friendly the entire time from the point of check in to check out! The room was absolutely lovely. I did have the chance to have breakfast brought up by room service and the young lady was really sweet. In the perfect area as well; everything is within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants off to the side of it. 10 out of 10 will stay here again in the future!

We have a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property has a beautiful, clean, and luxurious feel that made our experience truly enjoyable. Initially, we had some noise issues in our room due to outside sounds, but once we mentioned it to the staff, Bruno was incredibly helpful and quickly arranged for us to move to a quieter room. The location is also perfect, with many great spots just a short walk away. I will definitely be returning here. Ps; only a Smart TV would be great!

This has been the worst experience. 1st night, the bartender accused me of not paying for a glass of wine that I absolutely did pay for before he arrived at work. The next day he literally ran across the lounge letting me know I was not allowed to consume a coke that was purchased outside of the hotel. I was basically called a liar and a thief. I've traveled a lot and never had this kind of experience. I'm mortified and would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Offended is an understatement. Your canned response is equally disappointing.

Amazing place at the city centre of Porto, few steps away from the train Station. Great value for price with luxury level comfy rooms, ready for you to have a great sleep. Great breakfast. Many nice restaurants nearby to eat something.

Good hotel probably style over substance with the decor but that makes it stand out from the usual bland corporate offerings. The location is superb, breakfast good, rooms clean and staff friendly. I've dropped 3 stars due to the check in process where the issues were to some extent beyond the staff's control. I checked in with a fee free UK debit card and despite attempting a number of times the hardware utilised by the hotel kept reverting to the payment being made in sterling at their exchange rate which was adding approximately 5 percent to the price by using their exchange rate. The hardware did show the option to pay in euros but each time reverted to their rates. The hardware was fraudulently altering the payment to their advantage. The staff did say this was not normal and I had absolutely no issues elsewhere. The staff made enquiries and came back to me a few days later stating that the company had informed them that as it was the first of the month there were issues with the exchange mechanism on this date. The bottom line is I was fraudulently charged an extra £15 and I do not believe the hotel financially gained through the transaction I would have at least expected the offer of a free drink or breakfast to compensate as my financial loss was caused by the hardware they were utilising 🤷‍♂️
