Great value in an excellent location for exploring the local area. Rooms are as photographed on accommodation sites, and we had a small river view. Accommodation is well presented and very comfortable with an excellent breakfast. Staff are very nice and very helpful. We had to leave early and they generously prepared a full and lovely breakfast for us.

Great value for money. Nicely appointed room within a large residential unit. The girl on reception was lovely and very helpful. Included breakfast was superb. Great situation near town and the river. Highly recommend this place.

Spacious room, clean facilities, huge balcony with view to Douro river (slightly impeded by a building block). Friendly and accommodating staff, always available to aid whatever we might need, from lactose free milk for breakfast to promptly unclogging our sink (issue caused by clear lack of care from previous guests). Average breakfast with a selection of bread, cereal, yoghurt, coffee, pastries, fruit. Price is great, one of the lowest fares in all of Peso da Régua. Note: booking pictures are either outdated or very unflattering. We were fairly worried upon arrival given the pictures and the subpar aspect of the building, but rest assured in this case looks can be, and are, deceiving
